Delay in civil cases !

Adjournments sought frequently ,

Hell lot of applications, a crazy facade ;

Strikes , I would not call an issue ,

But controversial something in files , I can’t disregard !

Parties Impleaded late,

Amendments brought even later ;

Sometimes the files linger on ,

Just because somebody is somebody's’ hater !

Sometimes the processes are not served ,

Sometimes the parties are not in appearance ;

Sometimes the supply of copies is flawed ,

No possible limit for a Magistrates’

forbearance .

Applications- Replications ,

Revisions - modifications ;

Be accommodative . Serve justice . Use this and that Tact ,

When there is only so much to be done adversely , 

As the phrase “interest if justice “ is in itself a major fact !

Last opportunity. Last opportunity.

And yet another last , 

Such patterns need to be nipped ,

To ensure the files runs fast ! 

Technological advances , mediations ,

Compromises and streamlining ;

Efforts in those areas ,

May cut down the parties whining ! 

Sometimes liberal , Rigid others ,

And sometimes , may be just sometimes ,

We can try leaving the cloak ;

And address directly the parties as what actually bothers ! 

Ultimately, lastly , the old will be disposed ,

And the New will become the new OLD , 

But that’s too a feat in the long run ,

As we will be having those disposal stories to be told !
